Named for Yavapai County, Arizona where it was invented. Mom’s Potato Pie with Jalapeño and habanero peppers for a spicy kick!
About The Pie Wich
Our founder noticed that there was nowhere in the PDX area where she could get a savory meat pie with a gluten-free crust. After many hours experimenting, she came up with the perfect crust: light and flaky that would satisfy even the gluten-tolerant, but with no gluten at all. Now, she wants to bring the wonderful world of meat pies to the Portland area.
We pride ourselves in using local ingredients whenever possible, including Bob’s Red Mill flours, Portland Ketchup Company ketchup, and Tillamook cheese.
Look for us at the Gresham Farmers Market starting the first Saturday in May!
